THAT SISTER by Sarah E. Colona

Sometimes a poem can be so short but say so much. We have some short poems coming in the queue and I’m excited to start with this one.

That Sister

bites a macaron

like a croc

crushes her runt

throb then collapse

watch her bask

in the sun

Sarah E. Colona lives and teaches in her home state of New Jersey. Her first poetry collection, Hibernaculum, was published by Gold Wake Press. Thimbles, a chapbook, was released by dancing girl press.
